We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes and the ski area. This made it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes early in the morning. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping being prompt and efficient. The hotel also had a variety of commercial services available, such as laundry and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more convenient. We were impressed with the amenities provided in the rooms, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering a welcome drink upon our arrival and assisting us with tours and tickets.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

the food here is excellent and the staff were all very very friendly highly recommended hotel, lovely pool and spa area.

No tea and coffee facilities in your room, but i am sure if you requested it they would gladly make you a cup of tea or coffee

the location was perfect as it was close to the slopes, which made it very easy to go skiing in the morning. the room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, and the bathroom had everything that I needed. the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of dishes. the facilities like the pool and spa were fantastic and helped me to relax and rejuvenate after a long day on the slopes.

The parking situation, which was not cleared from snow, making it a bit difficult to navigate.

We appreciated the complimentary transportation and parking provided by the hotel, making it stress-free to get around this city. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, always greeting us with a warm welcome and providing us with helpful local tips.

For us it was ideal.

the hotel offered a spacious room with a comfortable bed and had a nice view of the mountains. One of the best things about this hotel was their ski shuttle service, which was very convenient for us as we planned to ski most of the time. the hotel's spa and swimming pool were also delightful and we couldn't ask for more.

The food and breakfast options, which lacked variety and we didn't find it appetizing. some of the staff members seemed unfriendly and unwilling to assist us with our requests.

New year's eve party was fun. They offered fireworks and complimentary drinks. The location of the hotel is near a major road, making it easily accessible. The spa facilities were in good condition and the masseuse was excellent. Overall it was a good value for the price.

The rooms were small with limited storage space, and were not thoroughly cleaned. The noise level was high, specifically due to the lack of soundproofing of the windows.
